1. Subscription Plans

  • ToolBaz offers monthly subscription plans with access to premium AI tools.

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected plan.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • However, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time once a subscription has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand things don’t always work out. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service didn’t work as described or failed due to a technical issue on our end.

  • You contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • You have not excessively used the service within those 7 days (ex., AI generation, downloads, etc.).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@toolbaz.net with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Services have been used heavily within the refund window.

  • You changed your mind after purchase with no service issue.

  • The issue was caused by misuse or a violation of our Terms of Service.

  • Custom content (like AI-generated voiceovers, images, etc.) has already been delivered or downloaded.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • If there’s a dispute related to your refund, we’ll first try to resolve it directly with you.

  • If needed, the matter may be referred to arbitration as per Indian laws.

  • Legal jurisdiction lies with the courts of Chandigarh, India.

7. Shipping Policy

Shipping is not applicable, as all our services are digital and delivered online.
